PEST MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS CONFIRMED AS KEY WORKERS

The British Pest Control Association (BPCA) have announced that George Eustice, Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), has confirmed that pest management is an essential sector during the Covid-19 worldwide pandemic. The “food and necessary goods” section, specifically concerning hygiene, covers pest management in the key worker list. Pest Management has already been confirmed as an essential service by the government in Northern Ireland.
