Terms and Conditions – PCN Dinner 2025 Ticket Booking
By purchasing a ticket for the PCN Dinner you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Payment Terms
- All ticket bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
- Payment can be made via credit card or BACS (Bankers Automated Clearing Services).
- Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing to the Event organiser, Sophie Newton to editor@pestcontrolnews.com
- Up to 40 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the Event: Cancellations will be accepted with no charge and a full refund will be issued.
- Between 39 and 21 working days prior to the Event: A 50% cancellation charge will apply.
- 20 working days prior to the Event or later: A 100% cancellation charge will apply. No refunds will be issued.
3. Substitutions
- You may send a substitute to attend the Event in your place.
- The name and details of the substitute must be provided to the organiser at least 3 working days prior to the Event to ensure inclusion on the guest list and seating plan.
- Substitutes notified within 70 hours of the Event may still attend, but their names will not appear on the seating plan.
4. General
- The Event organiser reserves the right to amend the programme, venue, or timings if necessary.
- By attending the PCN Dinner, participants agree to comply with any additional rules or regulations imposed by the venue or organiser.
5. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection laws and our privacy policy, and shared only as needed to deliver the Event.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, strikes, or government action.
7. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to this, the Event organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation costs, or for any loss of personal property at the Event.
