Members of the PROMPT register have been given the opportunity to provide feedback on the professional register by completing the PROMPT membership Survey. The feedback collected through this survey will be used by BASIS PROMPT to ensure that professional register remains fit for purpose for years to come with an enhanced membership experience in the future.
Greg Hopkinson, head of business development at BASIS PROMPT, explained why it was so important for members of the PROMPT register to complete the membership survey. “The requirements of our members are constantly evolving, and it is crucial that we understand their needs so we can develop a professional register which is fit for purpose for the pest control industry of the future. This membership survey provides our members with a unique opportunity to offer this essential feedback and shape the future of the PROMPT Register.”
The membership survey was launched at this years PestTech event, and many members took the opportunity to provide their feedback at the BASIS PROMPT stand. However, for those members who were not able to complete the survey at PestTech, they can now access an online version through the BASIS PROMPT website HERE.
